Rosa joined José María Alonso Abogados in June 2018. She collaborates in commercial arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international, related to, among others, construction, energy, financial operations and civil liability disputes. In addition, she has acted as Arbitral Secretary in an ad hoc arbitration proceedings and in international arbitration proceeding administered by the International Chamber of Commerce and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Nowadays, Rosa is a member of the Bar Association of Madrid and of the Spanish Club of Arbitration.

Rosa holds a Law Degree (2018) and a Business Administration Degree (2018) from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain), where she graduated with an outstanding grading and twenty distinctions with honour. She has also completed the Master's Degree for Admission to the Bar in Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Spain), obtaining the Extraordinary Master's award with an outstanding grading and seven distinctions with honour.

During the last year of her law studies, she took part in European Law Moot Court Competition, where she pleaded as defendant in the team which represented the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in the 2017/18 call. The team won the Regional Final in Lucerne (Switzerland) and was the semi-finalist in the Grand Final held at the premises of the Court of Justice of the European Union. It was the first time that a Spanish team qualified to the Grand Final since the inception of the competition in 1988.

Her native language is Spanish and she is also fluent in English.
