Víctor is an Attorney-at-Law, specializing in commercial law and arbitration. He has extensive experience in the practice of law of Spain and the United States. Víctor focuses his professional practice on advising companies in the Engineering & Infrastructure, Foreign Trade & Transport and Real Estate & Hotel sectors.

His professional activity has focused on advising national and international companies, international commercial arbitration and US immigration law. It highlights his participation in complex international arbitration cases, relating to EPC contracts in the engineering and construction sectors administered by the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Madrid Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Madrid, the Spanish Arbitration Court and the Cour d’Arbitrage Hispano-Marocain.

In the academic field, Víctor holds a Law degree from the University of Malaga, a Master of Law in Transnational Business Practice from the University of the Pacific: McGeorge School of Law (Sacramento, California) and a Master in International Business Law, Contracting and International Relations from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia (ranked #2 of his class – taught in English).
